John Studholme (1829–1903) was a 19th century Member of Parliament in Canterbury, New Zealand.
He represented the Kaiapoi electorate from 1867 to 1874, when he resigned. He then represented the Gladstone electorate from 1879 to 1881, when he retired.
He stood for Ashburton in 1902, and came second.
